SENKO CARPET CO., LTD. Was founded by Mr. Tadasu Hasegawa.
January, 1953
Lady staff were sent to the United States for promotion and demonstration of Japanese rugs. This made exports great expansion.
January, 1961
SENKO started sales in domestic interior market.
April, 1967
Name of the company was changed to SENKO INTERIOR, CO., LTD.
February, 1972
SENKO made contract with the top U.S rug manufacturer, REGAL RUGS INC. for production under licence.
October, 1972
SENKO made contract with PIERRE CARDAN S.A. in France for production under licence as first designerŐs brand in the industry.
July, 1985
SENKO opened Tokyo office and showroom in Ginza, Tokyo.
March, 1988
SENKO Freight station started its operation at Takada-cho, Ono, Hyogo.
March, 1991
SENKO new head office building was opened.
June, 1993
PT TRISENTA INTERIOR MANUFACTURING was founded as joint venture in Indonesia.
